Q: What is Chic Clothing Store?
We’re an online boutique curating stylish, affordable fashion pieces with a touch of bold femininity and comfort. Every item is handpicked to help you express your style—effortlessly.


📦 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.


Q: How do I request a return?
Email luxurychicandcharmed@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for completing your return

📍Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Q: Where do I send my return?
Once your return is approved, the return address will be listed on the shipping label we provide.


Q: Can I exchange an item?
We don’t process direct exchanges. To get something new, return the original item and place a new order once your refund is issued.


Q: When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

If 15+ business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.


Q: What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Beauty/personal care products

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases)


🛍 Order Issues

Q: My item was damaged or incorrect—what do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll fix it right away.


Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they ship. Email us ASAP at luxurychicandcharmed@gmail.com with your order number.


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

Q: What are my rights under EU law?
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Q: I’m a vendor—how do I get my products featured in your store?
We’re always open to collaborating with independent designers, wholesalers, and private label fashion vendors who align with our brand.

  • Wholesale pricing or dropship info

  • Any past or current retail partnerships

We review all submissions and respond to qualified partners within 7–10 business days.


Q: Do you offer consignment opportunities?
At this time, we do not offer consignment. We primarily work through wholesale, private label, or direct sourcing relationships.
